We alloy and cast our high-grade engine blocks in-house to strictly control structural integrity, thermal expansion, and cast-iron durability under heavy loads.

Every cylinder wall, piston, and crankshaft is milled to micron-level machined tolerances to minimize friction loss and maximize power transfer.

Each completed powertrain undergoes rigorous dynamometer testing to calibrate fuel injection and torque delivery across the entire operating RPM band.
